Local media announced a wrong news on 18 November 2014 that "AJK Public Service Commission is not providing written test syllabus for the posts of Assistant Commission, Section Officer and Assistant Superintendant of Police", this news is not correct and against the truth. Syllabuses that are notified from the Govt. of AJK for above mentiond posts and posts of other Non-Technical cadre are available at syllabus section of the website i.e http://ajkpsc.gov.pk/home/showpage.asp?Syllabus
Syllabus for those Professional posts that have MCQs or subjective one paper test such as Engineers, Doctors, Lecturers etc is prescribed from post's related qualification and that syllabus is not given on website but informed to candidates through individual call letters.
